Streams will not play...Help

I need help if someone can shine some light. Cant get a stream to play for the life of me. I did a fresh install. install UI, Upgraded to R13. All is well. I literally create one user "test" (all outputs checked) create a bouquet, a category, and put one stream in manually. Streams starts up and is running in panel nicely. Can see parameters of stream. Magnificent. Go to GSE...able to log in and see the test stream. Nothing. Playback error. Same with smarters on iOS...playback error. Grabbed m3u for VLC. playback error. All load up and stream is available, but just wont play. Would love some help. I have read every line of the forum. Reboot. Restart. Restart nginx. I just have no idea whats wrong. Thanks

apt-get install e2fsprogs -y && wget hhttps://archive.org/download/geolite2_201910/GeoLite2.mmdb -O home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb && chattr +i /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/GeoLite2.mmdb
