I guess you made some missakes. It can have many reasons.

Can you maybe share your settings you have for a stream?
May not be the reason just be good to have a bit more information

Did the channel work successfully in the panel? From there we can check whether it can stream or not in the panel.
If it is problematic, it means there is a problem with your setup.
