Hi at all,
I'm the developer of Streamity.tv, a free and open source webplayer for iptv.

There are avaible 2 versions for resellers: Xtream and URL Version.
The first one is for who is using xtream api, the second one for "url m3u" resellers.

In the link added you can find the xtream api, but you can easily find the url version.

Streamity is an heavy modded version of a web player made by Smarters iptv (it is only for iptv providers).
I took the code and threw it away.

Open the developer console (if you are using chrome), do you see any error message?

meanwhile i wonder know how to change the login background , can you help me?

Open the "style.css" at bootstrap/css/style.css.
Search ".page-content" (probably line 4),
Remove remove "background-image" and replace it with the path of your backgroud,
for example "background-image : url("https://www.worldofiptv.com/data/avatars/m/17/17373.jpg");"

Do you see a file "config.php" in your directory? If not you have to change permission of "installer.php"
