No I haven't. It seems like a custom panel only for them as they are a very big server more than 1 million sub

First the server was working on xc and when the xc problem happened the server was very bad and what admins said that all other alternative panels can't handle the huge number of active subs. Later they found this panel and I was wondering what is this panel and if it's paid what are its costs. As I want to build my own server and want a good panel.
