Question stram is on and did not restart on panel but it restart on vlc

hello guys
i have a great source for some channels and the channels is up on panel with good uptime , but when i watch it for like 10 or 20 min vlc automaticlly jump to another channel on the vlc playlist (change, or kick me form that channel ,i'm doing 50 connections for the test user to prevent connections limits ) .after that directlly i check panel and the chaneel is up and did not restart ,
can somene please guid me to fugure out what is the problem becuase i did spend days trying but no effect so far

I have experienced the same issue earlier. After long analysis I came to know that the upstream of my LB isn't good. In this case panel shows good uptimes (because of a good downlink) but the clients were getting the same as you said. Later, contacted server hosting, checked MTR and finally found that there is 20% packet loss over some nodes. Hosting company was kind enough to reroute the LB uplink. I am now getting 100% MTR. This helped me solve the problem. Please check your LBs uplink speed first, as this could be one of the reasons.

I'm getting the same issue, but from home works nice but from other panel (Other hosting company) while doing restream i getting also 10min/20min connection handled
