have you activated the mac on your panel?

have you inserted the server url correctly in app, remembering most stalker portals will have /c at the end of them for mag / stalker

You haven't told us what panel you are using if it is XC-UI make sure the expire date isn't today

some times is
inactive on the panel
the firmware you have to update
the MAC is wrong, verify the 0 is not o (mac is Hexadecimal digits there NO o,... this is the Hexadecimal digits 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F)
only by reboot they start running (ISP change ip )
wrong URL on the mag or stb

more inf, how you activated by MAC or User and pass ?
what panel you are using ?

Have you added mac address with all capital letters in your panel?
if not remove it and create with all capital letters.

have you tried another portal with your mag if ok and if it's yours or maybe customers one don't know.

which Mag you are trying to use ?
make a Update of the Firmware, direct fron the Mag
Advance Setting, Firmware update, press OK, then F1

Are you running a vpn ?
Is it a paid subscription you got ?
If so maybe only 1 connection allowed
It you want me to test my side no problem you have my trust

Which version of MAG you have MAG350, MAG250? Some older models needs bypass, since informir maded last year an update sametime when Xtreamcodes went haywire which blocks "non -registered" portals on informir that way they got "illegal" iptv portals down..also there is a second bypass but mostlikely provider aint gonna start changing dns values. But into the bypass, search from google: BYPASS MAG BOX BLOCKING and you get all necesarry info how to do it.
But also, contact your iptv provider and ask them check is your MAG active in their system..sometimes happens that MAG "losts" connection server and wount wokeup when trying open portal. (This happens sometimes us also) If your mag starts to work after they check activity, then you dont need bypass. But if mag still not working "stb blocked" comes around..then you need bypass. And yes, informir can block certain portals and block devices to connect "pirate" portals etc.. I hope this helps somehow. Also this is the message when portal is blocked via informir devices *embedded portal*
