Hello there. Well my post is related to my experience with the website AtoZnull.com

This individual is one of the worst persons I've deal with in the internet. (trust me I've deal with real as*h*les). Once he sells you something, he doesn't care anymore about your issues. That's why he only charges in btc and skrill since there's no way to make a chargeback with them (which is not bad) but there's always consequences. Well imma make my story short:

I purchased from this individual (before i knew about this website) some stuff from smarters (XC reseller panel, smarters webplayer and a front-end website) I paid like $80 in btc and He installs me the theme on the website. Since I don't trust nobody to work on my cPanel due to easy access to php admin, I decide to remove the theme and install a legit one from smarters (yes, i bought a theme directly from them). i have another domain running on localhost and I was planning on use the theme I bought from him and play with it but, the db file was corrupted or I don't know so I went to the website and ask him for support since the db file doesn't work at all and it was only 48 kb (original db from smarters is 7 mb) so I asked him for support and he refused to give me (even when the purchase wasn't even 90 days old). Not only that, After I told him I was gonna exposed him for being a scammer, he banned me from the website and now I don't have access to the stuff anymore. I'm just sharing my experience with you guys so that way you guys are aware about this scammer. BE CAREFUL with what you buy from him ( I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND to purchase from him.

I actually purchased many stuff from him and I always got awesome customer service.

Also when he changed hosts he send me an email to provide new hosts and he reinstated my services.. always helped me!

This was my own experience as well..

I guess it all depends on the mood of the day.

I know I'm bringing up an old post here, but I saw the title and thought I'd put in my input.

I too used the service previously, but never again. One of the themes he provided me with was not functional, and he would not issue a refund.
In fact, I actually asked if I could get store credit and purchase something else, and he said NO.

Being as it's a digital purchase, I really think that a credit towards other (working modules) isn't too much to ask.
Surely if he won't provide "store credit" you can be damn sure he won't offer any post-sales support.

That website should certainly be approached with caution, if not avoided wherever possible!
