Question several connections stuck for hours

Hi guys, I have a problem here.
I have several connections stuck for hours and the user cannot connect again.
- kill all connections Does not work.
I wanted to kill all connections with some command at once.
does anyone have any tips.
I use CK panel.

Reboot your server, sounds like your crons have stopped working.
