Question Set Balance by Country

Hi guys,
is possible set a Balancer to receive connection from the country i want to?

or maybe create a filter for allow a specific class of ip?

or give the priority to the specific user/reseller panel.

For example :
Balancer 1 : only german ip
balancer 2 : only spanish ip
or
Balancer 1: Reseller 1
Balancer 2 : reseller 2

Yes, easy to do it with NGINX Reverse Proxy. Also, Xtream is already doing.
