I have been exploring various streaming services like N.L.Z.i.e.t and V.i.a.p.l.a.y, and I'm curious if anyone has experience or insights into converting streams into an M3U playlist.

I understand the importance of respecting content rights and usage policies, and I'm not looking to engage in any illegal activities.
My interest is more towards creating a personalized streaming experience for personal use at tivimate.

If anyone has information or suggestions on legal and ethical methods to achieve this or if there are tools available for such conversions, I would greatly appreciate your insights.

You need:

A panel such as xaccel codec
MPD links & key sets for the provider in question.
Proxies or server located in the country you are streaming (* if req, but most are geolocked).
If you have a subscription for those services then you have the right to ingest the content and deliver it to yourself in any way you wish in an ethical manner.

Maybe I didn't explain it completely right. I just want to know how to extract the URLs from the app or website to use them in Tivimate. However, these are secured streams. I assume that somehow your username and password are embedded. How do I find usable URLs?
