GPU encode can be done but you'll need to use the ffmpeg user guide to do so.
A bit of googling will do the trick.

No point re-writing how to in here when its freely avialable and nothing to do with the mod.#
Just ensure your ffmpeg is updated to the latest to get a decent transcode.

Create an Transcode Profiles with almost default values ( with H264 codec + ACC audio codec ) and i am using 2048 Average Video Bitrate .

then everything is work fine.

it works but you have to install cerbot or another ssl and modify the nginx and activate in settings the server you want in https
