Question Problems playing channels

I have a problem playing my channels on the IPTV Smarters Player app and on the webplayer.
In other applications like XCIPTV, they reproduce normally.
Should these settings be changed? I use the Xtream user interface.

i usually find if you enable the hardware decoder , it produces smoother streams
