Suggestion Problem with received email 'Reset password'

After a long long long time with problem to Login, today arrived a email Account confirmation required.
I have tried multiple times to reset password without success. Never arrived the email.
Please check it, to fix that. Maybe many other users have same problem, without success to login.

This is happening with me too, when try to change my email address to @hotmail the email doesn't arrive and my account go to pending status for a couple of days.
