Question problem with on demand streams

Hi
when i put the channel to "On Demand" , so i play this stream on my vlc , it doesn't work and it shows the channel is offline in VLC
but when i remove the on-demand and i put this stream to online , the channel works correctly
it means my xtream code can't convert on-demand to online when the users request the channel via player
do you have any idea and suggest?

examples of personalized command ffmpeg for channels, also in ondemnad:

-i {INPUT} -c copy -analyzeduration 3000000 -probesize 3000000

start channels more fastly

Default XC ffmpeg: 5000000

-i {INPUT} -c copy -analyzeduration 5500000 -probesize 5500000

bigger and more refined analysis, for problematic channels ...

-rtbufsize 12M -re -i {INPUT} -c copy -analyzeduration 5500000 -probesize 5500000

bigger and more refined analysis, for problematic channels, also input buffer ...

But if no ondemand channel opens on the VLC, there is something strange, if in XC have set probesize ondemand, same with default value=128000 ... and if the sources are working ...

try 512000 probsize for ondemand , i use that for certain channeks , works for me!

but i have another problem

The source of the channel is fine and runs smoothly,
the servers look fine (CPU and RAM are OK) no problem
but the output has lag every 3-5 seconds. What could possibly be the problem?
for example during the match time , after 30 min at start of match , the source stream is 30:00 (in football match) but my output is 25:00 :| ( each lag stopped my out put for 3 seconds )

But are you using any additional buffer options on these channels? What is the prebuffer? Changed analysis time, probesize?
How is this channel? In live? Any command customization, or everything standard?
It could be for several reasons ...

For the ffmpeg custom code options, as I posted, don't forget to map the channel.

You should also note, depending on the channel source, whether or not to use 'generate new timestamp' and 'stream all codes'. Why? Due to standard XC ffmpeg commands ...
