problem using xtreamui with Nat

I installed a VPS with xtreamui, I did port routing, but when starting a stream it doesn't start, and the same thing happens when I want to stop a stream, it doesn't stop either, I tried it with a public ip and it works, but behind a router with nat does not work, I have activated the "localhost api" option and it does not work, has anyone been able to use xtreamui with nat?
