Portal cannot load

Just installed Xtream UI and everything was working fine until all STB and Mag devices portal went black and cannot load.
all streams are connected but users (lines) cannot play.
did anyone have the same issue?
what can be done?

xtream ui is having all kind of problems with mag devices. i am getting stb is blocked
