Playback issue ( Wowza Server )

Hello
- i got Channels From Supplier but Url content user and pass .. when i try to play it still i get massage (Waiting for stream ) and channel work ok in VLC .... and i do not know how to fix that .. please check photo below ..

Maybe you have selected the wrong input type when starting the stream. Remove this and try mpegts, hls and other formats. that might work
