exactly like the message says .... you have to 'like' the resource before you can download..

press overview..then press 'like' on the original post. then if you have enough credits you can purchase it with your credits

Panel works fine and does change username or password in database when submit button is pressed. This may be a php version issue. I'm using 7.1. These are also warnings that something didn't go right. it won't stop the page from continuing to load the contents. I had the same error when installing the panel but fixed it with the way I told Tom saywer.

Didn't like 7.1 for me. Had to change to 7.2

Also if display_errors is turned on in your php.ini file this will cause the error to display as text on the screen which breaks the headers. Headers are required to be run before any text is output to the screen.
