hello,

you can make own channels with all that you want with ipvtl for windows or linux version.

and ofcurse with wowza streaming engine & flussonic ofc wowza and flussonic is a bit hard to do it, and with extreme codes but i dont know if is possible now with xc, bcse official cms is down.
