Ottrun still in business

Hi All,

I'm new to IPTV app development, but I came across the ottrun website and thought it looked ideal so I created an app and paid for it, however this was several days ago and the payment is still pending with no record of the transaction. I emailed the support email address with proof of transaction and not had a response so today I thought I'd check their twitter account and noticed nothing has been posted for six months. I'm wondering now if the developers are no longer working on this project and no new apps are able to be created and I've therefore lost the money I paid?

Does anyone know what is happening with this service?

The latest version of XCPITV 4.0.0 was only released a few weeks ago so they are still developing

Thanks, hopefully they will respond to me soon then and are just not currently working due to the COVID-19 lockdown.

OTTRUN player rocks. We just got their latest version 4.0.4, absolutely love it.
We needed a better player app for our business, because the smarter player app was freezing and clashing and whmcs smarter team could not fix.
Ottrun.com team saved us, and the developers work greatly in customizing our app.
I recommend them to anyone who need a better iptv player.
