Question No channel numbers on new MAG subscription

Hi.
Can anyone offer advice on a new MAG subscription that isn't showing channel numbers?
Channels are live, but I can't change using channel up/down on the remote.

Try changing channel sort type to "bouquet" and restart or clear cache on STB

Also you have all you channels set to record.

this isnt a mag device issue. moving to XtreamUI. use the search function because this has been asked and answered.
