Question Nginx RTMP to MPEG-TS

Hello everyone I'm new here and hope someone can help me.
I have an Nginx Server with ffmpeg and I´m trying to convert the incoming rtmp stream into MPEGTS output for publish and access with vlc aplication, but without success, is there any one how can help me?

I have this in config in nginx.conf file: exec_static ffmpeg -i rtmp://127.0.0.1:1935/mpegts/stream -c copy -f mpegts udp://239.0.0.12:1234;

you can test from the machine running ffmpeg ... VLC==>media===>open network stream===>udp://@239.0.0.12:1234
