Does anybody know why the Settings don't save on any version of Smarters webplayer running on a Hetzner.com webserver?

Im using PHP7.3, For some reason when I click save it just refreshed the page and the old settings are back, such as Parental Pin, Default Player.

Its been the same for 1.5-6 and 7 so its got too be something too do with Hetzner.

Im not even sure where too look so any help would be much appreciated.
