If i add a new source how long does it usually to approve ive tried to add a few sources for apps and pannels but never get added? Thanks

All resources get reviewed first to prevent people from spamming with duplicates. There is no guarantee that your resource will be approved! If it was not, then there was probably some issue.

that's why not got approved.
