in channel set option Adaptive Bitrate (External transcoder) , and set bitrate/resolution
you can watch in other players

vlc on your pc can not prove your ezserver can restream them.
For linux version, you can use wget to test one link of the playlist in your server ssh.
If work, it means ezserver can restream other links.
