I need a business partner to develop IPTV business.

Knowledge of existing IPTV applications is desirable.

I own a server with 4 CPU cores, 24GB RAM memory, 200GB disc space.

I also work as linus sys admin, but I had no experience with IPTV applications, so I would like someone to explain to me and start a business together.

Honest answer here drop a pooo 4core would be a good start mate. I’d suggest non hetzner and atleast a 8core 64-128gb ram also bigger the hdd the better pref ssd. As you grow expect huge huge huuuuge server bills btw from what I see 250-300tb servers low budget one cost 1k plus maybe try the suggested thing of cinema hd woth premiumized it’s a nifty little app I reckon

100% true. 4 core and 24GB ram will not be enough even to begin with. All the MySQL requests + error log and RAMDISK buffer.
At least 8 core and 64GB of ram, but best solution will to have at lease two servers: One for CMS and one for streaming.

Someone who work as Linux Sys Admin should know better.
I dont think you will find like this Business partner, there is no plan i think you only looking investor
