Question Multi connection live tv channel

Hello, i´m new on xtream ui, i´m trying to install the panel and works well but when i add a live tv channel and create an user but i cant to have 2 connection at same time even when i have in the panel more connection to that user.
Im trying to found same problem at the forum but i cant fin anything.

Any suggestion about this problem?

Check in Settings if Disallow second connection is checked ( uncheck it ) or depending on which version you use , you might have ISP LOCK enabled. (Disabled it )

Both option are uncheked. But still happend
