Can someone provide more info in order for me to try and resolve ?

Im a reseller, our streams only seem to work on apps set to Mpegts for live channels.
Ive played about with some apps and webplayers and smarters for windows. On the webplayer and smarters for windows it does not allow you to change from HLS to Mpegts so only our VOD works but not live channels. What do i need to do to fix this ? Is it something to do with the pannel used by my provider ? Do they need to swap pannels / update or is it something they should be able to add or make work fairly easily ?

I don't have many experience with panels, but if you have an issue with the playback, and the streaming is okay from your Transcoder to the server, it means the problem comes from the panel redistributing the stream..

I would advise you to check that, and act from there.

If the channels come from the STREAMING platform into the Middleware platform and the VOD comes directly from the Middleware platform and use CLOUDFLARE, disable PROXY (click the orange cloud and turn it gray) after this action, check your channels to go out. Maybe this can show you the solution to your problem
