Question Mag won’t select in panel for resellers

good morning everyone
my xtream-UI panel has a little problem resellers can’t add mag lines Or select to put the MAC address in. Mag works fine from admin panel
it was working fine then just stopped a couple of days ago Any help would be great thanks
