Question MAG boxes and ck41 xtream codes dashboard issues

bro i use xtream codes ck 41 dashboard and i have issues with some people that they can t connect with some mag box do you maybe know to fix? is a mag Mag 523w3 , i checked in settings at mag i added all options models over there but it seems that i can’t find to add this model as an option there , any ideea? how to fix? Where is the issue
