LTQ Notifications

Does anybody know how to remove LTQ notifications completely?

And just have a generic message on there?

Any help much appreciated

why don't php script then you could put your own notifications in there or try the panel then you can log in to the website you host the panel on change the notifications whenever you want and the app store to the panel I'm talking about is here
