Hi can anyone tell me in what file I can edit portal DNS for ltq IPTV using apk editor or apk tool.

I paid someone $40 to do it he got the money and blocked me.

you need to like content and build likes in the community to view content on it

will tell you for nothing both apps you mention will break ltq 63 , also the DNS is not just sitting there in plain English , you need the correct tools to do ltq latest
