Use apk editor studio, or apkesy tool, the android app don't let you to compile the app

im having a issue getting it to compile with apk easy tool and FTG_APKTOOL

it gives following error message

windows 10 apk easy tool how me im doing to bypass this error,apk easy tool/options/apktool thick the two boxes what start whit "don't decode
now go back to main decompile the app,after the decompile is done go to TAB smali/baksmali and decompile the clases.dex, open the folder and edit wahat u need to edit whit notepad++,save your changes,
now on the tab smali/baksmali select the forlder wher u decompile ,by default is nr5, and compile de clases.dex folder back in one file,open the folder copy the clases.dex file in the folder wher the app is decompile,by default is folder 1,
back to tab MAIN COMPILE the app whit the this boxes thick from the right, keep signature, zipalign, sigh apk after compile
this is the way how me im dealing whit the error
install virtual box,windows 7,and all the errors from apk easy tool and apk editor studio diseaper, I don't now why is doig like this under windows 10
