Exchange Looking for FR and BE (Open to exchanges again)

Hi guys,
Many of you already know from my groups and others places, i'm unfortunately going separate ways with my longtime now ex colleague.
As i'm redoing almost all from scratch, i'm focusing on more humble and smaller service but with ONLY good quality and reliable streams...
So i'm open for exchanges again.

I'm looking for local FR and/or BE... or if not direct locals need to be really good and reliable (not that same crap you can find everywhere...)

I have EU-East countries... ExYu countries (Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia), HU, RO should also have good (PL, CZ/SK)... And ofc have good DE, ES, UK, PT and some XXX... maybe i forgot some... but mostly its there (i also have good old contacts so if needed i may be able to get some other... like GR,CA,BRA... but those are the main ones).

Please let me know here or on any other platform (i'm pretty easy to find xD) if you have FR or BE (or both)...
