panel is mysql database you need to know how how to create database with user & pass for this to work

with the panel you can create unlimited users with unlimited codes/dns a user can be either admin or user
admin users can see all can create users add codes to users delete users ect

as a user ie your customer they can only see and edit the codes assigned to there user account

How many DNS's can be added and does it work with https.

Also does it save the login details when you switch Accounts

It's unlimited codes / dns yes it saves login details for each code
I don't see any reason for it to not work on https
