Question Learning how to set-up a IPTV service

I have search through this form and can't find a for dummies how to build your IPTV service from scratch.. I'm talking about how to set up the hosting server all the way through installing the panel. know, I understand most part but I would love to learn from someone that is knowledgeable in this area. And I would pay 100-500 credits for that can't of help.
