Question LB CPU is very higher than normal usage

I have 56 core 112 threads loadbalancer. I'm using this for Vod machine and live streaming. But the machine continuous use really high CPU. Am I forget any options I don't know. this is not normal. can you help me ?

how did you know LB use high cpu?
check command "top" and "free -g"
post screenshot for it to know more details
and you need know if you encode many movies at the same you will see high CPU usage
