Today i contact the Kylone Team . They need 1000$ life time per Server license ...
And they told me they will give me free license for moi amd pro .... But without futures like gpu transcoding and other function .

remount kylone os partition , change shadow file with your desired password , and after that you can login as root on the server and manage a solution to make offline activation for the cms.

I need help, for this part. could you please write the Linux Commands how to do it ?

Hello
boot with a ubuntu live cd
after that you need to mound via the terminal manualy the device partition
Creat tmp directory to mount like : mkdir /tmp/media/
Then mount like: mount /dev/sdb1 /tmp/media
dev/sdb depends on where your partition is stored on device.
after that go do /tmp/media
and there you have the filesystem .

No mate that is only grub password to prevent editing boot parameters on grub .
"password=grub"
to edit password you need to re-mount volume of the installation with a live cd and change the shadow file
