I've already got a couple of questions that I would like to know more about involving applications. But I'll leave this to another post.

Yes mate, I certainly will be doing that. Looking into editing some APK files and images first of all Any advice is most welcome.

if your going to beediting apks your going to need the following software

APK STUDIO - Desktop application to decompile and edit applications and re zip apk files

APK EDITOR - Android Device Application to inspect and edit files on your android device can use it to edit installed applications or applications stored on the devices memory

APK STUDIO is universal application created in java that can run on any os be it windows / mac / linux
APK EDITOR is an android application you can download from google play and use on your mobile device or tablet

Thanks for the information mate, is there anyway of actually doing all via the PC then compiling the APK ready to load onto android device?

Or would bluestacks Emulator work?

Use APK STUDIO to decompile and it is bassicly an ide that you can use to edit the apk and then rebuild and sign it takes a little manual work to get it going downloading the right external files into the apps folder but the settings page of the app dose provide inforation and links on where to get everything

Thats fantastic, so. APK Studio is all I will realsticly need to use?
