Request Is there a Video Playout software on Laptop via HDMI port

I know thee are a lot of video playout software in the forum from many vendors...but all require the need for a decklink type card to be installed on a server type machine. Is there any playout software (with playlist, logo, crawl etc) that can be used on a Laptop which uses the HDMI port for the video output? I am using DeejaySystems VJ2 but this is limited to the types of video codecs that can be used ..which sometimes causes the software to freeze up. I am not a DJ ?

wouldnt you just treat the HDMI port as a second screen and configure to output to the second screen?

tried with instaplayout and a few others...no luk..seems like the SW looks for the cards..or else a no go on the playout..

I know OBS has a Projector (Preview) option if you are in Studio Mode. Configure it to be HDMI.

FYI , I just tried Channel Studio Pro 12.2 and it has an option to playout to a second monitor, which can be the HDMI port...Yay!
