Question Is there a version of Smarters IPTV that is both panel based and has VPN?

Hi guys.

I'm looking to setup my smarters to have VPN, but am looking to use the panel based version of smarters as well...

Does anyone have one, that on the homepage has both the "Refresh DNS" option, and also the connect to VPN?

Is there any way of getting a version that has both on the sign in screen?
