Unsure with the home calling - sorry.
And it's one of the versions where it asks for DNS on login along side Username and Password.

I honestly haven't dived into development of iOS apps and furthermore not into reverse engineering or cloning them as we do so often with Android apps.

I was hoping this would/could be an introduction into that scene for the sites users and see where we go from here.

I know there are a few other options for iOS apps but the .IPA arn't widely available online so I will in future (once I re-jailbreak my spare iPhone I have laying about some where) grab the .IPA packages for other iOS IPTV apps.

I know that this is Smarters 1.4.1 and came out in late 2018, so If you happen to know if they were running a call-back system back then in their Android app then it could poasibly have followed over too the iOS. Again though Im unsure and only testing will let us know.

I know that Apple have strict-ish guidelines on apps which appear on their App Store and im pretty sure this was removed and is why people have archived the .IPA online.

But yeah, sorry couldn't answer your question.
