We are trying to start an Internet or online television, so we are looking for the best solution or a freelancer that can help us bring this dream to reality.

+ The IPTV television will be able to schedule video; Advertisement segment, and ability to be able to stream our own live news.

+ We would like to have our own streaming server instead of using third-party streaming server like wowza.
