Improper access to panel v1 by others

Hello everyone.
I have heard that panel v1 has a bug and allows people knowledgeable in accessing the admin area. Does anyone know if it is actually possible, how they do it and how to fix it?

we need have carefull with this. Someone with mysql injection can access to yours panel. I still don't know how they do it but I'll find out
