you can't give Reseller permission,...,.. only Admin can have (Bouquet Order)

i have sea that some Peoples have Reseller Panel of Xtream UI and they can order Bouquets, I think it is enough to change the permission in any php file, but I do not know exactly in which file and where exactly you assign the permission
