Request how to clone my hard drive...

I need to fully clone my desktop hard drive which has my tvheadend ( linux ubtunu )...I use a hard drive docking station which has a source and a target for cloneing but it didn't clone properly at all ....

I suggest using docking stations. it is much better than online software. Try a few times and make so target HDD larger than the source HDD.

make a clonezilla usb. power off machine. boot usb. clone old disk to new disk. power off machine. unplug old disk. boot machine. done.

Most important is that DD work even if hard disk have bed sectors, in this case most of softwares reject operations.

make a clonezilla usb. power off machine. boot usb. clone old disk to new disk. power off machine. unplug old disk. boot machine. done.
