Add new VOD content to MtSQL
I would like this too but with multiple server selection (load balancing)

if you can remember there were two options on the source. Uses the direct source and restream.
I don't know how can you use it with load balancing but try it with a direct source link. insert direct source link instead of try load balance.

download or add video on your server and make use it will play with link like ["http:\/\/ip-or-domain: port\/directory\/name\/playlist.m3u8"]
use the link with port 80 or 88 for Nginx or apache
use "direct_source" = 1 and redirect_stream = 1
add stream_display_name, category, type and pictures like previus videos
