Hello Team,
I have made a purchase at 5pm Eastern Time and it is now 12:07am. I was curious as to how long does it take to receive the 3 month VIP account which is what I paid for? Thank you:)

Please excuse the delay. This is due to the fact that during the verification process of your payment the Bitcoin exchange value goes minimal up or down.
The system records it as an mimimal under or overpayment, so the automatic account upgrade is not carried out. In this case I have to do a manual upgrade.

Hi your account has been upgraded.
The problem is related to the fact that the browser Session were changes, so the Payment can't be complete.
This can be if the Bowser window will closed or the IP were changes during the payment process.
