Info Hetzner blocks Flussonic

I installed Flussonic on hetzner but my streams not working, but when i installed flussonic on my VPS to test streams it works perfectly.
i want to know if hetzner blocks Flussonic or any friend help me to sort this issue.

not block only flussonic login our server and more more more, (caution dangerous) sell cheap server????? stop to buy server from hetzner send info to ??????????? you have not good end 1000%
