What if I wanted to only have the Live TV and TV Guide button only? in the pass I have tried to change the bottons visibility to "gone" but they still show up. Thanks in advanced.

Are you sure, i thought it would be in the layout folder somewhere

Cheers mate, I know that's the file I would change in xciptv but never could get the button to disappear with visibility set to "gone". I may be missing something you can help me find the missing piece.

im sure as i have 3.2.2 and it only works in the smali files i have tried the activity_categories.xml file and get same issue as you and then spoke to someone who told me its not longer in there it has to be changed in the CategoriesActivity.smali file some where

Thank you big time, I dont believe I would have ever figured this out. I am gonna try and hide the buttons this weekend and see how it goes.
